Very friendly host, Francesco was immediately available if you had any questions. He gave good advice on restaurants in the vicinity. There was also a brochure prepared with useful information about the city and the surroundings. Apartment was close to the sea, only a 3 minute walk away. Very spacious with high ceilings, perfect for a family holiday.

Great place in Tuscany in the suburbs
The house is in a quiet neighborhood, 50mins from Firenze and 30mins from Pisa. Looks exactly as in the photos. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house, including a living room with kitchen and dining on the first floor plus a bathroom, while the upper floor has 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is very well equipped and free private parking is provided. The host, Greta, was responsive and helpful, she answered all of our questions promptly. Self check-in went well, it gave us flexibility with our late arrival, which we truly appreciated.

I love travelling, always have. I have lived for many years with my suitcase packed, for work and for passion. Every journey is a new adventure, a new story a new memory.

I decided to found Windrose Home after having had the pleasure of hosting travellers from all over the world for more than 20 years.
